midnight feed

Ok it's almost 3am....

and what are we feeding on......

Well since the earlier nacho's and fruit didn't get me to bed. I've moved on to cheese and garlic and some bread. I usually have some heavy meat and good mustard to go with my cheese. It helps that things are difficult to digest. as opposed to sugar and simple carbo's, Once I get my body jacked up it's hard to get it to gear down, and I could go through bread and snacks all night. Hopefully this will get me down for a few hours.....

does it matter, or is this important, not really.
