I'm amazed at how much stress I have. about 2pm I can bairly keep my head up.at one point over then next few hours suddenly crash and sleep fitfully till about 2am. It's rough to exercise when your that tired. I only feel like I have the energy in the morning.........
I have to figure out how to work out today....... Maybe if I eat some pancakes or something...
To be honest I just want about 2 more hours of sleep and feel refreshed...
