Update

I'm not psyched about giving out an update on my life...... Cause that's not fun. Umnnnn. I wish I was doing more this weekend but it's been raining, and last week just worked the hell out of me.

I started running again, and I'm actually getting "Adequate". I changed the way I was running, and it has helped me relax. I managed 4-5 miles and my joints aren't killing me... and my muscles are sore...... Which is great... much better than spending 2 days licking my wounds, as I usually do... if the weather is a light Sunday, I will manage some miles on the bike.

I'm kind of Psyched to go see Resident Evil:Armageddon.

I know this post is kind of lame, but I wanted to reward people for coming by to visit with something. I am working on my fishing post, but I'm very obsessed with looking at the 73 83 90 recessions.

But while it's too soon to tell whether Spears' yen for partying affects her family ties, her career comeback is still on schedule, according to her record label.
After she was publicly dropped by manager Jeff Kwatinetz, of the Firm in L.A., on Monday, Jive Records said it's still eyeing a Nov. 13 release date for Spears' new album.
