It snowed most the day then cleared up... and I suited up and got on the bike. It gave me a good chance to get the bike 95% dialed.... which also gave my poor worthless ass a chance to rest. Heart pounding, Lung burning.... 7 miles.... I know... I know. It was something.
I wonder if I can do protein powder and green tea mix?
